Notorious for her sharp tongue and liberating music, Azealia has inspired just as many people as she has offended and her life journey seems to reflect this. Growing up she had a  troubled childhood. Her Dad passed away from pancreatic cancer when she was 2 and her mom submitted Azealia and her two sisters to physical and emotional abuse.

Nearly everyone experiences some form of anxiety, and most of us go through it at least once a day. Anxiety is an unpleasant state of inner turmoil, and can result in nervous behaviour. It can lead to anxiety attacks &  social anxiety but just because you experience this it doesn’t necessary mean you have an anxiety disorder. Considering the amount of pressure people of all ages are under,  I think its normal to sometimes be anxious in this crazy world we live in.

Cotton buds, the truth!

I don’t want to alarm you, but 7000 PEOPLE were hospitalised by cotton buds (Q-tips) last year and this epidemic could be coming to a town near you soon. There’s no need to over react but we all need to know how to stop one of these innocuous looking instruments from destroying our lives. More people spent time in hospital due to cotton bud injuries than razor blade injuries last year and this is adding to the already debt ridden NHS crisis.
